What data do we store?
Dolgun VPN stores a minimal amount of data to provide the VPN service:
- Device identifier — a randomly generated ID stored on your device and on our server for credential assignment.
- Connection timestamps — automatically deleted after 24 hours.
We do not store your name, email, browsing history, or any other personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How to delete your data
Option 1: Uninstall the app
Uninstalling Dolgun VPN from your device removes the locally stored device identifier. Server-side records associated with that identifier will expire and be permanently deleted automatically.
Option 2: Send a deletion request
If you want us to immediately delete all server-side data associated with your device, send an email to the address below. We will process your request within 30 days.

- All server-side records linked to your device identifier are permanently removed.
- Connection timestamps (if any remain) are deleted.
- VPN credentials assigned to your device are revoked.
- This action is irreversible. To use the service again, the app will generate a new device identifier.
